These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the forvalt application ("the App"), a personal financial planning tool delivered as a Telegram Mini App and web application. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

forvalt is a personal wealth projection and financial planning tool. It allows you to enter financial data (income, expenses, goals, assets, investments) and generates projections based on that data. The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Not Financial Advice

forvalt does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The projections, calculations, and AI advisor responses are based solely on the data you provide and general mathematical models. They do not constitute personalized financial advice.

Projections are estimates, not guarantees of future financial outcomes
The AI advisor provides general guidance, not regulated financial advice
You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making significant financial decisions
We are not liable for financial decisions made based on information provided by the App

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App
You must have a valid Telegram account
You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
Circumvent rate limiting, authentication, or security measures
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App to transmit malicious code or interfere with its operation
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App beyond your own data
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the App
Your data is encrypted on your device before being sent to our servers (see Privacy Policy)
You can export or delete your data at any time through Profile → Data & Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers

6. Premium Subscription

6.1 Plans and Pricing

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions (Pro and Premium tiers). Prices are displayed in the App and are subject to change with notice.

6.2 Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via /support within 14 days of purchase.

6.4 Regional Restrictions

Online payment is not available in all regions. Users in restricted regions may receive Premium through direct admin activation.

7. AI Advisor

The AI advisor feature uses a third-party AI service (Groq, based in the United States)
When you use the AI advisor, your financial snapshot and questions are transmitted to Groq for processing
AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
AI responses do not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice
We are not liable for actions taken based on AI advisor responses

8. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not responsible for data loss beyond what is reasonably preventable through encryption and backups

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your data at any time
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or abusive behavior
Upon termination, you can still request deletion of your data

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction where the App operator is based.
